The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has 3 ½ rooms with 112m². It can accommodate up to 4 or 5 people. A cradle is available on request. There are two bedrooms. From the living room and from the dining room you can enjoy the beautiful fireplace. The apartment is very bright with large windows, with a front view of the beautiful mountains. It has a large, covered balcony also with a breathtaking view of the mountains, a large terrace (covered during wintertime), two bathrooms (one Shower & WC and a bath & WC), and a parking garage. On request, a second parking spot can be rented.
The large house was built in 2009. The construction is high quality and modern. All rooms have stone or stone walls and wooden floors with floor heating. The whole apartment is naturally well lit and offers a beautiful view of the mountains.
The apartment is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.
In the stairwell of the entrance, shoes and items can be placed on the shoe and coat rack. The entrance also has a closet.
